Need a qualifying emergency escape opening in your basement? L.J. Neal & Sons can supply a complete selection of egress windows in addition to our egress wells and egress well covers, from a very large inventory allowing us to quickly meet any egress window requirement you may have.
We have egress windows as narrow as 27 inches wide. Custom sized egress windows can be built for widths up to 60" and heights up to 76". These vinyl windows are guaranteed for 10 years.
Our Compact Egress Window Series are the smallest windows available in the marketplace today that meet all the current International Residential Code (IRC) requirements. Custom sized windows can be built in ¼" increments with or without grids. All of our egress windows are made in the USA.

Sliding egress windows
L.J. Neal & Sons offers a large variety of sliding egress windows in widths starting at 48½" wide. These double pane windows are available in clear glass or Energy Star rated. Sliding egress windows let in plenty of light and are great for use in a family room or playroom.

Our Compact Single Hung In-swing Egress Windows are the smallest windows designed to meet or exceed the emergency egress window requirements of the current IRC code. They can be used for new or replacement construction in above ground or basement applications.
