A family window company since 1952
Choosing replacement windows means choosing the people who will guide your project and stand behind the work. L.J. Neal & Sons is family-owned and operated, with a history that began in 1952.
Family-owned service since 1952
Meet owners Bridgette and Leo Neal to discuss your home, compare window options, and understand your project. Ask about our 4x Lifetime “One Call” Warranty, its transfer provisions, and the written coverage for the products you select.
A personal conversation about your home
Bridgette and Leo Neal meet with homeowners to understand the project, explain product options, and answer installation questions. Our goal is a clear proposal and a comfortable buying experience without high-pressure sales.
The Neal family on your project
Homeowners write to us about the people as much as the windows. They mention Leo, Bridgette and Bailey by name, and they remember the family showing up on installation day and coming back when something needed attention.
Two and a half days of professional installation and a final walk for some touch ups I can say I chose the correct company to complete the install. Leo, his son and his wife were top notch. During the installation all my concerns were addressed. It was nice to finally see a sliding glass door that did not leak during heavy rainstorms, windows that no longer broke from their hinges every time you wanted some fresh air. Its quieter in the house, no more ugly foggy broken window panes.
Thanks, Leo and Bailey. Be assured when I run across recommendations for window replacement (e.g., NextDoor) I will be rather vocal at pointing in your direction.
Installation details that matter
Your written proposal should explain the work around the opening as well as the window itself. We review existing frames, interior trim and jambs, exterior capping, cleanup, and any additional work before you order. Ask us to explain which finishing items are included and which are optional.

Double-hung window with Colonial grids
Before: This window had very low energy-efficiency and a very busy, obstructive view. After: The new double-hung replacement window we installed not only has the premium-quality, triple-pane package, but also has a less-distracting view. Keeping with the Colonial look, these designer grids are enclosed within the insulated glass. The premium exterior capping we use around our windows is low-maintenance and provides the look of painted cedar for an elegant style.
